Participatory
Management
The development of this College has come about through the phenomenon of young people at this age expressing a need for an education, which
addresses their wish to take ownership and responsibility for their learning.
This is reflected in the participatory co-management structure of the Waldorf College Project, which includes collaboration between the Students, Programme Tutors and the Director of Education.
Assessment and Accreditation
Students work is amassed in portfolio format and assessed and reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the year by tutors, students and internal and external moderators.
Project work portfolios are accredited through the National Open College Network providing a clear objective progression, quality assurance and a recognised route to higher education/university entrance.
